Air conditioning is very cold.
Heater works as intended.
Fridge/freezer is oversized and works very good (newly replaced).
Clean and functional bathroom with sink, toilet, bath, shower.
No leaks on the roof/ceiling.
Oven/stove works nicely.
Recently replaced pressurizing pump.
New smoke/CO2 detector/alarm.
Fire Extinguisher
Two propane tanks.
Battery.
New LED lightbulbs throughout.
Comes with un-used septic hose. It was installed last year and was out in the sun last summer but not used.
Tires are good.
There is a spare tire, probably should be replaced.
Fold Out Overhead storage into bunk bed.
Pop up dining table becomes one big bed or two smaller beds.
Cushioned kitchen dining area.
