Responsibilities:
-Conduct school orientation with new students
-Coordinate Training Schedules with other Instructors
-Deliver Behind the Wheel range & road instruction
-Complete Daily Progress Reports for each student
-Collect student paperwork & Document student attendance
-Ensure students are adhering to school policies
-Maintain School Fleet in accordance with maintenance & fuel cost goals
Qualifications:
-Class A CDL (No "Automatic Restriction")
-2 years of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience
-Must be experienced driving semi-trucks w/manual transmissions
-Meet all FMCSR qualifications
-Strong leadership and organizational skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse population
-Previous experience working with students or training others is a plus
