We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working Property Manager who knows how to solve problems, stay organized, and get things done. This position is hands-on and fast-paced, overseeing day-to-day property operations, maintenance coordination, tenant needs, and vendor relationships across residential properties.
The right person takes pride in their work, communicates well with residents and contractors, and can handle challenges without needing constant direction.
What We’re Looking For
Active Arizona Real Estate License required
1+ years of residential property management experience
Strong problem-solving skills and a take-charge attitude
Ability to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep
Comfortable working with vendors, tenants, and maintenance teams
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Basic knowledge of property systems, maintenance, and safety practices is a plus
