The CTEK D250S Dual is a dual battery management system. It is a five step charger that automatically adjusts the charging voltage and current according to the battery’s state of charge and temperature hence reducing a battery’s charge time. The sensor on the CTEK charger measures the battery temperature then adjusts the charge by adding more voltage in cold weather ensuring that the battery is fully charged, then drops the voltage in hot weather to avoid overcharging.
