1-Call Staffing is now hiring Production Operators for a PVC pipe manufacturing facility!

š Location: Kingman, AZ
š Schedule: 12hr shifts-Rotating
š§ Job Overview:
As a Production Operator, you will be assigned to a specific work area and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.
ā Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor multiple production lines
Load gaskets and package finished products for shipment
Inspect products to ensure quality standards
Measure and record pipe dimensions
Follow SPC charting and maintain specifications (with supervision)
Assist with production start-ups and changeovers
Move bundled pipe and materials (good & scrap)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns
Read and follow SOPs in the Operator Manual
Support team members and assist where needed
šÆ Qualifications:
No prior experience required ā we will train!
Ability to read basic English words and numbers
Ability to communicate simple information
Basic math skills (measuring and recording)
Team player with a strong work ethic
šŖ Work Environment:
Must be able to work in hot & cold conditions
Physical position (standing, lifting, moving materials)
