1-Call Staffing is currently hiring a Production Operator for a manufacturing facility in Kingman, AZ. We are looking for dependable candidates who are ready to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Duties Include:
Operating blending, pumping, milling, and packing equipment
Safely operating forklift trucks (experience preferred)
Recording production and process information accurately
Maintaining clean and organized work areas
Monitoring production flow and minimizing downtime
Reporting equipment or processing issues to supervisors
Following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Participating in training and team initiatives
Assisting with additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication and attention to detail
Safety-minded and dependable
Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in an industrial environment
Forklift experience is a plus
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must pass a national background check
Reliable transportation required
