This is a matching number 1948 Harley Davidson Panhead. It has STD stage three heads, S&S super E carb, Cycle Electric three brush generator with a cycle electric voltage regulator. It uses the manual hand turned timer. It is a very reliable first or second kick starter, if you do the sequence right.

It has a new top and rebuild 1000 miles ago. New cylinders and pistons 1000 miles ago. Full bottom and rebuild 3000 miles ago. Andrews J cam.

Transmission is an STD case, with standard four-speed gearbox. 3 inch primary belt Drive it has been converted to 12 V.

Things that are wrong with it, speedometer does not work. I use the tachometer to judge speed, 2700 RPM equals 68 miles an hour in fourth gear.

Final driver is chain, modern O-ring, sealed, #630 Tdubaki. The frame is a custom Kraft tech, with a one and a half inch rise in the backbone, and a 34° rake. It does use softail, rear suspension, and the ride is very good.

Springer front end is 2 inches over. Springer is a replica antique by DNA.

I did the welding over the surface of this entire motorcycle, that is not paint. The coding is clear ceramic high temperature exhaust paint. Easy to maintain.

Ask any questions you want, it’s available to be viewed. I have Arizona title in hand. And it has current license and registration.

For value to the bike, I have the original front cylinder head from it. And the original Harley Davidson transmission case.

I also have various spare parts for it, i.e., condensers, points, the original gear set. And a few other things.

Also, the front and the rear tire both have less than 500 miles on them. And the front tire has an innertube in it, though it is designed to be tubeless. I consider a safety feature for the front end.

Price somewhat negotiable. Please consider a serious offer. Thank you very much.
