Established Homebuilder looking for local assistant superintendent to manage a residential jobsite in Bullhead City, AZ. Applicant must have thorough knowledge of local building codes and practices, hold a current Arizona Driver’s License, and possess the ability and motivation to build quality homes in a timely manner at or below budget under the supervision of a site superintendent. Technical Responsibilities
Scheduling under the direction of a site manager
Maintain a building schedule by ensuring all trades are onsite and are able to complete their assigned tasks.
Assures that cost, quality, and production standards are met.
Help manage all safety and environmental, Storm Water Prevention Program (SWPPP), human resource, and public agency standards.
Assure that all work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications, contracts, and in a manner that is consistent with Legacy Homes Standards.
Make sure site is kept clean and presentable.
Help schedule and perform new home orientations with homebuyers, create punch lists and complete punch lists prior to close of escrow.
Help with overall site supervision.
Do inspections as needed by site superintendent.
