WHAT YOU’LL DO:
-Perform body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, filler work, sanding, and prep
-Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair
-Repair structural and non‑structural damage
-Follow proper repair standards
-Maintain a clean, organized work area
-Communicate clearly with management about repair needs and timelines
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
-5+ years of auto body repair experience (or strong equivalent skill)
-Ability to perform high‑quality repairs with minimal supervision
-Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
-Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
-Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills a plus
-Valid driver’s license
