The Flexitouch system is used by more than 100,000 patients to self-manage lymphedema and nonhealing venous leg ulcers. Flexitouch Plus is clinically proven to decrease the chronic swelling associated with lymphedema. Flexitouch Plus works by sequentially inflating and deflating its chambers to create a gentle, wave-like motion that directs lymph fluid from the impaired area toward healthy regions of the body. All patients with chronic venous insufficiency should be considered as lymphedema patients. Regular use of compression garments reduces progression of lymphedema. Pneumatic compression should be recommended for lymphedema patients.

eBay has just the garments listed. A complete set including legs and arms will run about $2,000. The controller is not available because it is a prescription item. Apparently most insurance will not cover the entire cost of the system. If you have been advised you need this system here it is. It was used by my brother, who is not medically compliant, just once.
