I am taking bids to replace the roofing on my old shed. it is 10x12 with a peaked roof with a whirlybird roof vent.
I want the old shingles, tar paper and flashing removed.
(Tarps laid down so as not to get old roofing in my decorative gravel.)
Install new Tar paper and Flashing and Brown roof architectural shingles that match the house tile roof as close as possible.
Haul away old roofing materials and clean any mess around the shed.
Must have experience in roofing, I want it done correctly to code.
You can drive by and see the shed, but do not disturb the tenants as the property is a rental. 3650 Plains Ave, Kingman
