SUB: I am Single with No Children or Pets & am Solo at Both Retreats but; I am Finalizing Such Two Getaway Health Food Eateries in the Corresponding Boarding Houses & they Need Setup.
RE: Position Open for a; female or Either Gender / Beginner Person or an Experienced Person.
My offer has three Levels that are available individually or as a package and all Levels Include the above project description and:
A. No experience or monetary investment necessary, instruction can be provided.
B. Flexible schedules.
C. Three meals per day.
D. Housing.
E. Transportation and relocation.
Plus the following will be included as well ↕️:
LEVEL ONE ~ in Mojave County, starting the week of or after Independence Day 2026, We would be getting acquainted at some of the local attraction(s) such as a nice breakfast & I can show you more about the below. Such should be near the upscale; Bullhead International Airport, nearby restaurants and accommodations (see above map). And if you like, we can take a mini vacation.
LEVEL TWO ~ in Fortuna Foothills Arizona part or full time open, start on a duly agreed date in August of 2026; performing general projects you are capable of, that are common to operating a health retreat house and a co-located world headquarters for a upcoming international peace organization with world traveling opportunities. We would mutually agree on lists for the two of us to perform for the above and below ventures. Includes full room and boarding:
1. Your own private room; six to choose from at both homes, totaling 14,000 square feet.
2. All utilities including; electricity, water, propane and internet.
3. Groceries or served meals; a very good variety available from 8 refrigerator & freezers.
4. Transportation with power or fuel included & on my premises:
I) 21 passenger Bus.
II) Fully self-contained high-end travel Van.
III) Electric vehicle. (After the below evaluation we would try to select your dream car).
5. Blu View Speed Ultra 5G smartphone with; Android 16, unlimited voice and text to US and Mexico plus 25 GB of data & hotspot.
6. Full medical, dental & one month paid vacation annually.
The above value 1 through 6 is ~ $2,000.00 a month and you would be guaranteed this value as minimum compensation for you, every single month for the term of the partnership.
After a 25 day mutual no obligation dual evaluation, that includes all your expenses being paid as per the above internship, the following extra compensation would begin.
Additional compensation paid fully in cash is; 7.00% of profit from the above two Retreat sale; Guaranteed at $30,000.00 at minimum & in 12 months, with a negotiable grace period for you and me. One or multiple of the above items in # 10 will be provided to you as collateral, so you know this is all real & this lien would guarantee the above bonus cash would be received by you.
WITH YOUR THREE DAY WEEKENDS / 32 HOURS A WEEK FOR A ANNUAL TOTAL OF 1,536 HOURS:
