Dog Handler Needed in Unique Work/Rent Exchange (Kingman AZ)

We are offering a unique work/rent exchange where you will live on our 1.5 acre ranch lot and have part time duties taking care of the dogs.
The living situation: a modern 40’ trailer, large living room with fireplace, nice kitchen, queen bed in nice room, comfortable couches, pullout bed, lots of storage space, A/C, Parked in shade.
Work requirements: daily dog tending, watering, feeding, checking dogs in/out of daycare, bathing, hiking in the Hualapais. Preferably you have your own car and are willing to have dogs in car for transit/pickup/drop off. Lots of patience and love for dogs as there will be many around at any given time. No drugs permitted.
Compensation/Exchange rate: 20 hours part time work as scheduled in exchange/deduction of $750/month rent.
