"HOLD'EM POKER PLAYERS"
If you like playing Hold'em, casino style, as I do, you know that it's either Parker (Bluewater Casino), Mohave Valley (AVI Casino), or the Laughlin Casinos! That means a 2 to 4 hour round trip drive from Havasu! A waste of time and money! The new casino in Havasu Landing, is scheduled for opening in July, 2019. There is presently no plan for Poker Tables!.. After speaking with the casino manager, regarding the strong potential for local poker players. I was advised that the problem is recruiting and keeping certified Poker dealers!
Moreover, consider the Winter and Summer visitors that would enjoy playing some poker while visiting the Casino. I believe if there was enough interest shown by the many Poker players attending the local 'Tournament Games' here in Havasu, plus those that drive to casinos to play. The recruitment of poker dealers that would be willing to take up residence here in Havasu or Havasu Landing, is likely! I believe that once established, the new casino would attract many poker players.
